Saugus Business Partnership Donates to the Saugus High School Band and Chorus

Saugus, MA

Saugus Business Partnership (SBP) Treasurer John Smolinsky, left, and President Donald Wong, right, recently presented a $1,000 donation to the Saugus High School Band and Chorus for their upcoming trip to the College of Staten Island in New York City. More than 70 high school students will participate in the trip that may feature a performance at the United Nations. Accepting the check on behalf of the Band and Chorus were (second from left to second from right) Mike Donovan, Director of Fine Arts; Nancy Lemoine, Choral Director; and Joseph Diorio, Principal.



Founded in 2003 by four local business leaders, the Saugus Business Partnership (SBP) was created to improve and enhance the quality of life in Saugus. The SBP works to keep local programs up and running, and is committed to research, analyze and develop policy on issues affecting the economy in Saugus.
