Saugus Business Partnership Sponsors "Golden Age of Television"
Donald Wong, right, President of the Saugus Business Partnership (SBP), recently presented a check from the SBP to the Friends of the Saugus Public Library as sponsor of the upcoming "Golden Age of Television" presentation on Tuesday, May 9th. The program, conducted by local radio personality Mel Simon, will benefit future programs at the library. Taking part in the check presentation were (from left) Jean Bartolo, Library Director Mary Rose Quinn and Mary Leahy.
Founded in 2003 by four local business leaders, the Saugus Business Partnership (SBP) was created to improve and enhance the quality of life in Saugus. The SBP works to keep local programs up and running, and is committed to research, analyze and develop policy on issues affecting the economy in Saugus.
