Donald Wong, right, President of the Saugus Business Partnership, was recently appointed co-chair of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' Asian American Commission by Governor Mitt Romney and will serve on the commission until December 2007. Mr. Wong was sworn in to this position by Saugus Town Clerk Joanne D. Rappa, center, and Election Coordinator Patricia A. Flickinger (left).
Founded in 2003 by four local business leaders, the Saugus Business Partnership (SBP) was created to improve and enhance the quality of life in Saugus. The SBP works to keep local programs up and running, and is committed to research, analyze and develop policy on issues affecting the economy in Saugus.
